Abstract

This deposit contains the Phase 4C measurement-layer audit manuscript, "Validating the Measurement Layer: Auditing Overlay Labels for Nonequilibrium Directionality Markers" plus two reproducibility bundles. The primary reproducibility bundle (phase4_writeup_release_pack_20260116_v6_minimal.zip) includes the tabular inputs and derived audit artifacts referenced in the paper, including the candidate and finalist selection tables, the coded overlay table, subset20 audit labels, and per-field audit metric CSVs. A SHA256 sidecar file is provided for integrity verification. A supplementary robustness bundle (llm_poisoned_evidence_audit_20260120_v1.zip) contains non-blind "poisoned evidence" excerpt-sufficiency audit outputs and the prompts used to generate them. This companion bundle is intended only to support the robustness check described in the manuscript and does not constitute an independent validation of the overlay labels. A SHA256 sidecar file is provided for integrity verification. Scripts are not included in these bundles; the release is intended to support transparent inspection and independent recalculation of the reported counts and audit confusion matrices from the included CSV artifacts. v1.0.1: Set manuscript as Preview.v1.0.2: Style-only update.
