Abstract

This dataset comprises single-nucleus multi-omic (ATAC-seq + RNA-seq in the same nucleus) data from nuclei purified from the post-mortem human primary motor cortex (M1) from patients with ALS, ALS-FTD, C9ORF72-ALS-FTD and neurologically unaffected controls. Detailed methods and study description in the accompanying publication (tba).
