Abstract

Ce document constitue le Document Zéro d’un programme de recherche indépendant consacré à l’analyse structurelle des systèmes complexes. Il propose un cadre méthodologique destiné à opérer en amont de la modélisation, de l’optimisation et de l’outillage technique, lorsque les difficultés rencontrées relèvent moins de la résolution que de la formulation même des problématiques. Le travail présenté vise à expliciter les niveaux d’analyse pertinents, les hypothèses structurelles implicites, les dynamiques récurrentes et les zones de tension qui conditionnent l’évolution des systèmes complexes dans le temps. Ce programme s’inscrit dans une trajectoire de recherche développée depuis 2022, à la croisée de plusieurs domaines (systèmes complexes, décision, architecture des systèmes, intelligence artificielle, gouvernance), sans se réduire à une discipline ou à un formalisme particulier. Il ne propose ni un nouveau modèle mathématique, ni un algorithme, ni un outil d’optimisation, mais un cadre de structuration permettant de clarifier les conditions de pertinence et de cohérence des démarches ultérieures. Le document a vocation à servir de référence fondatrice pour un programme de recherche plus large, incluant des développements méthodologiques, conceptuels et logiciels, dont certains éléments ne sont pas rendus publics à ce stade. Il s’adresse en priorité à des chercheurs, architectes de systèmes, responsables R&D et décideurs confrontés à des problématiques complexes non réductibles à des approches standard.
