Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonga kelayotgan xorijiy sayyohlarni segmentatsiyalash masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda sayyohlarni geografik, demografik, psixografik hamda safar maqsadiga ko‘ra guruhlarga ajratishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, xorijiy sayyohlar oqimini boshqarishda segmentatsiyaning o‘rni, turizm xizmatlarini diversifikatsiya qilish va marketing strategiyalarini takomillashtirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Olingan natijalar O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasini barqaror rivojlantirish, xorijiy sayyohlar ehtiyojlarini aniqlash hamda raqobatbardosh turistik mahsulotlarni shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
