Factores protectores psicológicos ante violencia digital en contextos universitarios: revisión bibliométrica (2020-2025)

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo caracterizar la producción científica sobre los factores psicológicos protectores frente a la violencia digital en contextos universitarios, mediante un análisis bibliométrico correspondiente al periodo 2020–2025. Bajo el método PRISMA 2020, se seleccionaron 77 artículos indexados en Web of Science y Scopus (cuartiles Q1–Q2); para el análisis de los indicadores establecidos se emplearon herramientas como Bibliometrix, Python y VOSviewer. Los resultados evidencian un crecimiento sostenido de las publicaciones (de 5 en 2020 a 21 en 2025; R² = 0.9368), con predominio de China (54.8 %) y Estados Unidos (16.1 %). Asimismo, la estructura conceptual se organiza en tres núcleos: salud mental adolescente, mecanismos de victimización y factores protectores. Current Psychology se posiciona como la revista más productiva (15.9 %), mientras que Computers in Human Behavior es la más citada (133 citas). No obstante, se identifican brechas en la investigación transcultural, en los estudios longitudinales y en el abordaje de contextos universitarios específicos. Estos hallazgos contribuyen a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 4, 5 y 16, al fundamentar políticas institucionales orientadas a la protección psicológica en entornos digitales universitarios. Se concluye que los resultados evidencian un campo de investigación en rápida expansión, aunque aún en desarrollo, en el que la producción científica sobre factores psicológicos protectores frente a la violencia digital ha crecido de manera significativa, pese a la disminución de las tasas de citación, característica de áreas emergentes; además, las persistentes asimetrías geográficas y la limitada exploración de los contextos universitarios resaltan la necesidad de una mayor colaboración global y de un análisis más profundo de los mecanismos de protección en la educación superior.
