Abstract

La presente investigación propone el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica innovadora orientada a optimizar la gestión de reservas de espacios deportivos en la ciudadela universitaria de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Ante el incremento en la demanda de estos espacios tras su modernización, surge la necesidad imperativa de implementar un sistema digitalizado que permita una distribución más equitativa y eficiente de los recursos disponibles. La solución planteada integra tecnologías web contemporáneas para crear una plataforma intuitiva que simplifica el proceso de reservación, reduciendo significativamente los tiempos de gestión y mejorando la experiencia del usuario final. El análisis comparativo entre el método tradicional de reservas y la implementación del prototipo digital reveló mejoras sustanciales en términos de eficiencia operativa y satisfacción del usuario.
