BIM-Based Structural Opening Management: A Case Study in Construction Projects

Abstract

O artigo apresenta um estudo de caso sobre a gestão de furações estruturais em projetos de construção civil por meio da aplicação de um plugin desenvolvido em ambiente BIM. O objetivo é demonstrar como a automação da marcação de aberturas em vigas, lajes e alvenarias promove a padronização das soluções de coordenação, aumenta a rastreabilidade das decisões e reduz conflitos em obra. A metodologia consistiu na definição de regras técnicas específicas, customização de famílias paramétricas no software de modelagem e implementação de fluxos de validação automática. O processo foi aplicado em empreendimentos habitacionais de grande porte, permitindo a comparação entre o método tradicional de compatibilização e a solução automatizada. Os resultados indicam significativa redução de tempo na consolidação das furações, maior previsibilidade e consistência nas entregas e a consolidação de um fluxo de governança da informação alinhado aos princípios de maturidade BIM.
