LICENSE GOVERNANCE TAXONOMY ECOSYSTEM VLG World - GOVERNANCE TAXONOMY OF LICENSE REGIMES document types and reuse conditions

Abstract

ABSTRACT (english) This document establishes the license and governance taxonomy of ECOSYSTEM VLG World. It defines a normative classification of document types produced, published or referenced within the ecosystem, and specifies for each category the applicable license regime, reuse conditions, ethical requirements, and governance rules. This taxonomy constitutes a fundamental governance underlayer. It is neither a reusable conceptual framework nor a philosophical or technological work, but a non-reusable normative architecture, essential to the coherence, traceability and legal-ethical clarity of all publications within the ecosystem. Its purpose is to prevent any confusion between: open access to content, conditions for structural reuse, and the protection of the ecosystem’s governance foundations.
