Abstract This preprint introduces the GRM808 Ethical Intelligence System (EI) as a novel framework for assessing global stability under polycrisis conditions. The MISSION 2050 model integrates ethical coherence, intention dynamics, and systemic risk indicators into a unified analytical architecture, enabling regime-level interpretation beyond event-based forecasting. The work proposes measurable indices of ethical stability, intent resonance, and civilizational risk, and demonstrates their application to long-term global scenarios relevant to policy, human–AI interaction, and planetary governance. This preprint serves as a foundational reference for subsequent theoretical, methodological, and applied studies within the GRM808EI research program.
