Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yoshlar jinoyatchiligining ijtimoiy-psixologik sabablari, kelib chiqish omillari va yakuni to‘g‘risidagi huquqiy asoslari va psixologik kelib chiqish sabablari ham ochiqlangan. Maqolaning asosiy maqsadi — yoshlarning jinoyatga moyilligiga sabab bo‘luvchi psixologik omillarni aniqlash, ularni tizimli tahlil qilish va ularning oldini olishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
