D5.3 Progress Monitoring Report provides an overview of the work accomplished in the ECLECTIC project from month one until month eighteen, summarizing the objectives achieved, the work performed by the Consortium, the stakeholder engagement process undertaken through the City-Region Living Labs (CirLabs), the impact expected from research activities, dissemination and communication efforts, preliminary scientific outputs, and major challenges and opportunities for the project's continuation. The deliverable is confidential and it is used by the Consortium for internal monitoring.
