Official Horizon Europe project deliverable analysing existing EU-level policies affecting urban-urban linkages. The report maps relevant regulatory and strategic frameworks and provides an initial assessment of their implications for multi-level governance and territorial cooperation. Deliverable 6.1 provides an initial assessment of existing EU policies affecting rural urban linkages. It screens the most relevant elements of the EU and UN agendas, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the EU Green Deal, Just Transition, and the Farm-to-Fork strategies, the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), the long-term vision for the EU’s rural areas, and the EU Territorial Agenda for 2030.
