
The present study was aimed to investigate to what extent the Sudanese soft drinks companies apply food safety management system (FSMS) as coincide with ISO 2005 standards. Data were collected using the WHO's standard audit checklist, which consists of 5 criteria. The auditing process was carried out through direct observation and personal interviews with production managers. A five-point Likert scale was used Scores were assigned as follows: 5 degree for full compliance and 1 point for complete lack of compliance.
