
Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) v13.0: Quantum Completion, Global Consistency, and Predictive Cosmology This release completes RDCC with quantum completion of the bounce (bounce-operator in Hilbert space, BH-bounce duality), global consistency conditions (multi-cycle stability over 10–100 cycles, entropy flows, BBN stability), RDCC–CLASS v2.0 (full Boltzmann integration, modified recombination, sound horizon r_s, growth factor D(z), CMB/matter power spectra), structure formation v4.0 (dwarf-galaxy predictions, high-z population), 21-cm v4.0 (reionization history, bubble morphology), and GW v4.0 (bounce-GW spectrum). The nonsingular, eternally cyclic model uses a single effective complex scalar field Φ in a tilted double-well potential, driving dynamic dark energy (w_DE > -1) and eternal cycles. A CPT-conjugate mirror sector provides cold dark matter and resolves baryon asymmetry (η_B ≈ 6.1×10^{-10}, Ω_DM/Ω_b ≈ 5.38). Falsifiability: Entropy accumulation over cycles, ΔN_eff > 0.1 (BBN), ghosts/instabilities in EFT, fine-tuning of ρ_DE, no GW echo correlations (LISA/LIGO), no 21-cm flattening (SKA/HERA).
