Abstract

Цель: изучить частоту гипоталамо-гипофизарной дисфункции у детей младшего школьного возраста после черепно-мозговой травмы (ЧМТ). Материалы и методы: исследование включало 58 детей с ЧМТ. Оценивались уровни гормонов в крови, МРТ головного мозга, нейроэндокринные осложнения в динамике (Т0, Т3, Т6, Т12). Результаты: гормональные нарушения выявлены у 17,6% пациентов, наиболее частыми были пангипопитуитаризм (25,8%) и несахарный диабет (20,6%). Выводы: тяжесть ЧМТ и развитие СНСАДГ/НД в остром периоде являются ключевыми факторами риска эндокринной дисфункции.
