Abstract

Mazkur maqolada hududiy investitsiya jarayonlarini boshqarish samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy cheklovlar tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda hududlar kesimida investitsiya oqimlarining notekis taqsimlanishi, institutsional nomuvofiqlik, boshqaruv vakolatlarining markazlashuvi, axborot assimetriyasi hamda strategik rejalashtirishning yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi asosiy muammo sifatida aniqlanadi. Ushbu cheklovlarning hududiy iqtisodiy rivojlanish sur’atlariga, investitsiya jozibadorligiga va resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligiga ta’siri mantiqiy va sabab–oqibat bog‘liqligi asosida yoritib beriladi.
