Abstract

L’intelligence émotionnelle est considérée comme la pierre angulaire de la réussite professionnelle et entrepreneuriale. Elle favorise le travail d’équipe et stimule la créativité et l’innovation. L’objectif ultime de cette recherche est d’explorer la relation entre l’intelligence émotionnelle et le succès entrepreneurial en utilisant une méthode d’analyse qualitative. Cette étude est menée via des entretiens semi-directifs auprès d’un échantillon de dirigeants d’entreprises au Maroc. L’analyse montre que le succès entrepreneurial est, dans une large mesure, dû à l’intelligence émotionnelle.

Emotional intelligence considered the keystone of professional and entrepreneurial success. It favors teamwork and stimulates creativity and innovation. The ultimate goal of this research was to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial success using the qualitative analysis method. This study is conducted via semi-directive interviews with a sample composed of a set of entrepreneurs in Morocco. The analysis shows that entrepreneurial success is to a greater extent, due to emotional intelligence.
