АНТИАНГИНАЛЬНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ИБС И ХСН

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается антиангинальная терапия у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) и хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН). Основное внимание уделено современным фармакологическим подходам, включая применение бета‑блокаторов, нитратов, блокаторов кальциевых каналов, а также новых средств ранолазина и ивабрадина. Анализируются механизмы действия препаратов, их клиническая эффективность и влияние на качество жизни пациентов. Представлены современные рекомендации по индивидуализации терапии с учётом стадии заболевания, возраста и сопутствующей терапии. Работа подчёркивает важность комплексного подхода и правильного подбора лекарственных схем для снижения ишемических эпизодов и улучшения прогноза больных с ИБС и ХСН.
