This study reviewed all surgical procedures performed at Mark of Glory Specialist Hospital, Owerri, Nigeria, between 2022 and 2025. Using theatre registers, we examined the number and types of surgeries, the surgical specialties involved, and the sex distribution of patients. We found that neurosurgery, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynaecology accounted for most procedures, and the total surgical workload increased each year, peaking in 2024–2025.
