Abstract

Reproduction Script for: Plague Transmission Pathways Analysis Journal: Global Change BiologyDescription: This script reproduces the full analysis for the integrated Structural Equation Model (SEM) of Plague transmission dynamics. It includes:1) Data loading and preparation2) Comparison of alternative transmission pathway models using AICc3) Construction and evaluation of the integrated SEM incorporating climate, host community, and ecological network analysis4) Calculation of standardized coefficients with standardized standard errors5) Generation of model fit statistics (Fisher's C, McFadden's pseudo-R²)Authors: Natan Diego Alves de Freitas, Caio Graco Zeppelini, Hadassa de Almeida Souza,Matheus Filgueira Bezerra, Alzira Maria Paiva de Almeida, Pedro Cordeiro-Estrela, Cecilia Siliansky de Andreazzi Corresponding authors:NDAF (natan.freitas@academico.ufpb.br); PCE (estrela@dse.ufpb.br); CSA (cecilia.s.andreazzi@ucm.es)Data Availability Statement: All data and code supporting this study are available in Zenodo at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18339377.Processed data files and analysis scripts are provided to ensure complete reproducibility of results.
