Deliverable D3.1 presents the first integrated version (v1) of the technologies developed under Work Package 3 (WP3), which focuses on enabling advanced V2I communication, safety-oriented traffic management, early-warning applications, and UAV-based monitoring within the iDriving project. This report presents the initial implementation of the core system components, technical approaches adopted across the tasks, and the early prototypes now forming the foundation of WP3. Task 3.1 has delivered the initial communication framework supporting low-latency and interoperable data exchange, together with early components of the Vocabulary Hub for semantic alignment. Task 3.2 has implemented the first prototype of the Intelligent Traffic Management System, capable of analysing real- time data and generating safety-enhancing traffic strategies. Task 3.3 has produced the first version of the mobile and in-vehicle applications that provide users with timely alerts and guidance based on live information. On the aerial monitoring side, Task 3.4 has advanced the UAV sensing and embedded processing capabilities required for incident detection and infrastructure observation, while Task 3.5 has developed a functional mission planner for single- and multi-UAV coverage missions. These components integrate into the broader WP3 architecture, forming a coherent baseline for further development. The work presented in D3.1 presents and establishes the technical foundations that in the near future will be improved, optimised, and validated in the next project phase, leading to the final release of WP3 technologies in D3.2.
