Tools for reporting veterinary medicinal product residues (VMPR) national control plans (NCP) data to EFSA

Authors: European Food Safety Authority;

Tools for reporting veterinary medicinal product residues (VMPR) national control plans (NCP) data to EFSA

Abstract

Member States can compile their VMPR NCPs data in the tools provided. Tools are structured in accordance with the VMPR NCP guidance and provide features that support manual data entry and creation of the XML files for submission. Please read the relevant instructions before using the tools. The VMPR NCP Template contains the two tables described in the Guidance for reporting the national control plans for veterinary medicinal product residues. The VMPR NCP Food Classifier mapping contains the mapping applied to the element sampMatCode of the detailed table (Table 2) to get the matrices needed to assign a limit. These limits are the maximum limits (ML) included in the Legal Limit Database and the Minimum Method Performance Requirements (MMPR) and Reference Points of Action (RPA) as stated in the guidance from EURLs. The MMPR mapping contains the different combinations of substance, matrix and MMPR or RPA limits. 1. ‘VMPR NCP Template.xlsx' for reporting the data 2. ‘VMPR NCP Reporting tool for coding the Table 2 of the DM’ 3. VMPR NCP Food Classifier mapping 4. MMPR mapping
