Power stabilizers (PSS) are one of the most common ways to improve the stability of electrical networks. In addition, FACTS control devices, thanks to their flexibility and their fast response times, can be used in addition to power stabilizers. This article is devoted to the study of the stability of the electricity network of the Republic of Congo using initially the first method of Lyapunov based on the analysis of the eigenvalues of the matrix of the state variables of the electricity network. of the Congo in the presence of the PSS-STATCOM control devices.
