РАЗРАБОТКА СИСТЕМЫ РЕГИСТРАЦИИ И ОБРАБОТКИ ОБРАЩЕНИЙ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается разработка системы для приема, обработки и распределения обращений в службу поддержки на базе 1С: Предприятие 8.3. Детально описана архитектура решения: форма для ручного ввода, модули приёма данных из Telegram (через REST API) и электронной почты (с использованием БСП), а также алгоритмы автоматического назначения исполнителей по критерию наименьшей загрузки. Рассматриваются такие аспекты, как создание единого интерфейса (дашборд, kanban-доска), алгоритмы автоматического назначения ответственных с учетом загрузки сотрудников и использование AI для анализа тональности и категории обращения. Основными выводами являются подтверждение эффективности предложенного подхода в снижении времени обработки обращений и устранение дублирования функций.
