Dinamik Kırılganlık ve Uyarlanabilir Ekonomi Teorisi: 21. Yüzyıl İçin Yeni Bir Paradigma

Abstract

Ekonomi Biliminde Paradigma Dönüşümü 2008 küresel finans krizi, ana akım ekonomi teorilerinin temel faaliyetlerini organize etmeye zorladı. Geleneksel dengeli piyasa modelleri, sonuçlar beklentiler varsayımları ve etkin piyasalar teorisi, değişimin gelişemediği gibi, sapma derinliği ve yaygınlığın sonuçlarıta da yetersiz kaldı. Bu başarısızlık, ekonomi biliminde yeni bir teorik çerçeveye yönelik hizmetler gün yüzüne çıktı. Dinamik Kırılabilirlik ve Uyarlanabilir Ekonomi Teorisi (DKEYT-M), bu ihtiyaca yanıt olarak geliştirilmiş, çok destekli, teknolojik destekli bir ekonomik modeldir. Bu teori, klasik ekonominin dengelerini reddederek, ekonomik sistemlerin sürekli olarak devam etmesini, karmaşık ve kırılgan yapıları ele alır. Daha güvenli, modern teknoloji - özellikle mikrodenetleyici sistemler, yapay zeka ve gerçek zamanlı veri analitiğinin - ekonomik istikrarın çalıştırılmasında aktif rol oynayabileceğini önerir. Bu makale, DKEYT-M'nin teorik temellerini, yerleştirilmesini, entropi kavramının ekonomiye entegrasyonunu ve pratik olarak ayrıntılı olarak incelenecektir.
