Diálogo jurisprudencial

Abstract

Se expone que el diálogo jurisprudencial surge por la globalización y la difusión de ideas judiciales, impulsando la cross-fertilization entre sistemas jurídicos. Se expone que ese diálogo no implica la conformidad internacional, sino la consideración de criterios. Además, se clasifican modalidades de análisis de jurisprudencia ajena y distingue diálogo vertical y horizontal.
