Relational files (analyst-focused)The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program provides county-level health data for the United States, supporting population health research, health policy, and community wellbeing. This repository contains relational county-level health data designed for analysts and data-users who wish to explore the underlying structure of the data. The relational hierarchy includes measure metadata such as definitions, weights, and model placement. Each year-specific version contains the relational data for that year’s release. Files that are not year-specific, including the README, are available in the most recent release folder. For R users, the countyhealthR package provides a simple way to pull this data directly into R without manually downloading or reshaping files. See the reference manual for details.
