How do roles, forms, and resource rules interact during the execution of a real YAWL workflow? This video demonstrates the end-to-end execution of an order fulfillment workflow using the YAWL workflow management system. The tutorial shows how organizational data is imported, how a workflow case is launched, and how custom forms are used by different roles during execution. A complete walkthrough illustrates how users interact with role-specific forms and how tasks are allocated according to resource constraints defined in the model. Key YAWL features are demonstrated in an integrated scenario, including role-based color visualization, the use of subnets to structure the workflow, and resource patterns such as Retain Familiar and Separation of Duties (Four-Eyes Principle). Together, these elements show how YAWL supports executable, role-aware, and compliance-oriented business process automation. This tutorial is part of the playlist “Learn how to automate business processes with YAWL (ADVANCED)”:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4BZgFsmRzfQ9QpXfqLC7uBTMS12C5MQR Supplementary material, including the order fulfillment workflow and related configuration files, is available on GitHub:https://github.com/ahense/YAWL (Download via “Code” → “Download ZIP”.
