Formação Continuada de Professores para o uso de Tecnologias Digitais no Contexto da Política Nacional de Educação Digital

Abstract

A pesquisa desenvolvida no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Currículo e Ensino na Educação Básica do IFES – Campus Cariacica tem como objetivo analisar a formação continuada de professores da educação básica frente à cultura digital. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, de natureza documental, fundamentado na análise do Plano Municipal de Educação de Vitória (2015), da Política Municipal de Formação Continuada (2018) e das Diretrizes Pedagógicas (2024), em articulação com a Política Nacional de Educação Digital (2023). Adotou-se a análise de conteúdo de Bardin (1977) como procedimento metodológico. A fundamentação teórica ancora-se nos aportes de Saviani (2011; 2019), Freire (1996; 1997; 2001a; b), Lévy (1999), Castells (1999; 2007) e Santaella (2003), considerando as relações entre política educacional, formação docente e cultura digital. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de adequação da política municipal de formação continuada aos marcos legais vigentes, visando assegurar processos formativos coerentes com as exigências sociotécnicas contemporâneas.
