This repository contains the complete external validation package for the HSE–CMILS measurement framework, applied to the United States–Japan case. The package provides all data, code, and outputs required to reproduce the diagnostic validation procedures reported in the study. The analysis includes data integrity checks, a two-factor confirmatory factor analysis for diagnostic separation, and the application of fixed external calibration coefficients. All scripts are deterministic and produce the outputs included in the repository when executed in the specified order. The package is intended for transparency and reproducibility of the external validation process and does not perform causal inference or hypothesis testing.
