
Ushbu maqola ekstremal vaziyatlarda (yuqori bosimli imtihonlar va sessiyalar, pandemiya sharoitidagi masofaviy ta'lim, tabiiy ofatlar, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy inqirozlar, shaxsiy hayotdagi og'ir voqealar) talabalar emotsional holatini psixodiagnostika va psixokorreksiya qilish masalalariga bag'ishlangan. Maqola nazariy asoslarni keng yoritib, O‘zbekistonlik olimlarning ishlariga asoslanib, mavjud tadqiqot natijalari va amaliy modellarni tahlil qiladi (empirik sinovlar va tajriba guruhlarsiz). Ekstremal vaziyatlarda talabalar orasida tashvish, depressiya, stress va emotsional charchoq darajasi keskin oshib, o‘qish samaradorligi, motivatsiya va ijtimoiy moslashuvga salbiy ta'sir ko‘rsatadi. Psixodiagnostika uchun Spielberger-Xanin metodikalari, Beck depressiya shkalasi, Lüscher rang testi va Taylor bezovtalik shkalasi kabi vositalar tavsiya etiladi. Psixokorreksiya esa autogen trening, kognitiv-xulqiy yondashuv, vizualizatsiya, nafas olish texnikalari, guruhli psixologik yordam va profilaktik choralar orqali amalga oshirilishi mumkin. O‘zbekiston kontekstida bu masalalar ekstremal psixologiya darsliklari, favqulodda holatlardagi psixologik xizmat modellari va aholining turli qatlamlariga (shu jumladan talabalarga) moslashtirilgan yondashuvlar asosida muhokama qilinadi. Maqola oliy ta'lim muassasalarida psixologik profilaktika, yordam tizimini rivojlantirish va talabalar ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlashga hissa qo‘shishni maqsad qilgan.
