Abstract

Tezis qalqonsimon bez autoimmun kasalliklari bilan kasallangan bemorlarning qalqonsimon bez funksional holatini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda laborator diagnostika (TSH, T3, T4, anti-TPO, anti-TG, TRAb) va ultratovush tekshiruvi natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Hashimoto tiroiditi bemorlarida gipotiroidizm belgilariga mos yuqori anti-TPO va anti-TG antitanalari, Graves kasalligi bemorlarida esa gipertiroidizm va TRAb antitanalarining ko‘tarilishi kuzatiladi. Natijalar qalqonsimon bez funksional holati va autoimmun jarayon o‘rtasidagi uzviy bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari bemorlarni erta aniqlash, individual davolash strategiyasini ishlab chiqish va kasallik asoratlarini oldini olishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
