Modelos con ecuaciones estructurales para medir la calidad de vida laboral: Revisión bibliográfica

Abstract

El presente estudio desarrolla una revisión bibliométrica sobre la aplicación de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales (MEE) en la medición de la calidad de vida laboral (CVL), considerando publicaciones indexadas en Scopus entre 2019 y 2023. La CVL constituye un constructo central en la gestión del talento humano, integrando variables como satisfacción laboral, equilibrio vida-trabajo, salud mental, motivación y condiciones organizacionales. La metodología empleada incluyó el modelo Prisma, indicadores de productividad científica, colaboración internacional y análisis temático con herramientas como VOSviewer y Bibliometrix.Los resultados evidencian que los MEE se consolidan como técnica estadística predominante para modelar relaciones complejas entre factores psicosociales y laborales. Revistas como Sustainability (Switzerland) concentran la mayor parte de las publicaciones, reflejando la creciente relevancia de la sostenibilidad en el ámbito laboral. Entre los hallazgos clave se destacan: (a) la incorporación de la salud mental y el estrés como variables emergentes, (b) el impacto del COVID-19 en la dinámica laboral y (c) la necesidad de reformular modelos clásicos de CVL (Walton, 1973; Sirgy et al., 2001) para adaptarlos a contextos contemporáneos.En términos prácticos, la evidencia obtenida ofrece herramientas para que las organizaciones diseñen políticas basadas en datos, fomenten programas de bienestar integral y adopten modelos de trabajo sostenible. No obstante, se reconoce como limitación la dependencia exclusiva de la base Scopus, lo cual restringe la inclusión de literatura no indexada. Se recomienda ampliar futuras investigaciones mediante meta-análisis, bases complementarias y enfoques mixtos que integren perspectivas cualitativas
