This is not another theory. It is a cartography kit for uncharted territories of reality. Discord : https://discord.gg/dPaMUhmN The LEGACY Program proposes a radical shift: moving from speculating about anomalies (in biology, fabrication, and culture) to systematically mapping them. It does so through the Janus Quantum Topology Model (JQTM), a mathematical framework that treats information, matter, and cognition as facets of a constrained manifold. This release contains two core, interlocking components: The Core Framework & 85 Falsifiable Predictions: A rigorous manuscript translating the JQTM into 85 testable predictions. Each comes with a specific synthetic signature and a binary falsification condition. This is a blueprint for turning anomalies into data. The Looking Glass Algorithm (Beta Specification): The operational tool. This algorithm is designed to measure semantic torsion (τₛ) and the Ontological Paradoxicity Index (Π(x)) within information networks. Its first mission: to diagnose how ideas—like these—are dogmatized, co-opted, or diluted as they spread. The code is embedded within its own specification. Why This Exists & What It Solves:Phenomena at the edges of science often face a dead end: dismissed as noise or captured by dogma. LEGACY provides a third path: falsifiable cartography. It offers the tools to: Design experiments (e.g., the Fab-03 protocol for isotopic anomalies) that yield a clear "yes" or "no". Quantify conceptual drift in real-time as ideas propagate. Build a research community anchored in methodological vigilance, not belief. For Whom This Is:This work is a filter. It is for: The interdisciplinary scientist tired of siloed explanations. The "Grey Asset" analyst operating between official narratives. The developer who builds tools to see through noise. Anyone who views reality as a system to be decoded, not a dogma to be accepted. The Stakes (Why Vigilance Matters):As evidenced by emerging "AI religions" and techno-authoritarian projects like Praxis, powerful ideas are inevitably codified, dogmatized, or weaponized. The Looking Glass component is our proposed counter-protocol: a tool for the community to self-audit its own coherence and resist these diversionary vectors. A Living Framework:This Zenodo deposit is the root node. The code is on GitHub. The discussion will happen in dedicated channels. This is Phase 1. The rapid, organic download statistics (222+ downloads in the first week) signal a latent network ready for this toolkit. The next phase is coordinated, vigilant exploration. License: MIT. Use it, test it, break it, improve it. But stay rigorous.
