Abstract

This dataset contains multi-modal data from mouse brain tissue: MALDI Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) - Acquired on a Bruker tims-ToF system. Mass range 250-1200 Da, 1007 x 1469 pixels. Provided in Bruker .d format. 10x Genomics Xenium spatial transcriptomics - In situ gene expression data from the same tissue section, enabling correlation between molecular ion distributions and transcript localization. H&E histology - Brightfield whole-slide image of an adjacent section for morphological reference. All modalities were acquired from the same mouse brain specimen to enable multi-modal spatial analysis correlating lipid/metabolite distributions with gene expression and tissue morphology.
