O'ZBEK ATOQLI NOMLARINI INGLIZ TILIGA O'TKAZISHNING ZAMONAVIY MUAMMOLARI VA TAKOMILLASHTIRILGAN TRANSKRIPSIYA TIZIMI

Abstract

Maqolada o‘zbek atoqli nomlarini ingliz tiliga o‘tkazishning zamonaviy holati kompleks tahlil qilingan. 400 respondent ishtirokida o‘tkazilgan sotsiolingvistik so‘rov, 2500 pasport, 1500 xalqaro hujjat va 800 ta’lim sertifikatini tahlil qilish asosida nomlar nomuvofiqligining jiddiy muammosi aniqlandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, fuqarolarning 32,4% nomlar turlicha yozilishi tufayli turli qiyinchiliklarga duch kelgan va bu yiliga 650-750 million so‘m iqtisodiy zararga olib keladi. Mavjud transkripsiya standartlari (ISO 9, BGN/PCGN, ICAO) tahlil qilindi va ular o‘rtasida nomuvofiqliklar aniqlandi. Takomillashtirilgan transkripsiya tizimi ishlab chiqildi va uni joriy etish uchun 7 bosqichli strategiya taklif qilindi.
