
This thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical mechanisms for introducing innovative management models in the higher education system. The importance of modernization of management activities in modern educational institutions, integration of digital technologies into the management process, strategic planning and result-oriented management models is highlighted. Also, the organizational, regulatory, information and communication and personnel mechanisms related to the introduction of innovative management are revealed based on a systematic approach.
