Abstract

This article examines the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into educational leadership, focusing on both the opportunities it presents and the challenges it entails. It conceptually clarifies key notions such as educational leadership, educational administration and management, and Artificial Intelligence, situating them within contemporary educational contexts. Particular emphasis is placed on the potential of AI to support personalized learning, optimize administrative and managerial processes, and enable data-informed, targeted educational interventions. At the same time, the article critically addresses major concerns related to algorithmic transparency, bias, data privacy, and broader ethical implications. Drawing on recent research, it proposes strategies for fostering productive collaboration between educators and educational leaders in the adoption of AI technologies.
