Abstract

Zamonaviy dunyoda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi, aholining tez sur’atlarda ko‘payishi, ekologik muammolar hamda tabiiy resurslarning cheklanganligi sun’iy ovqat tayyorlash texnologiyalariga bo‘lgan ehtiyojni keskin oshirmoqda. Ushbu maqolada sun’iy ovqat tayyorlash tushunchasi, uning shakllanishi va rivojlanish bosqichlari, hozirgi kunda keng qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy yo‘nalishlar, xususan, laboratoriya sharoitida yetishtirilgan go‘sht, o‘simlik asosidagi oqsillar, hujayra madaniyati asosidagi mahsulotlar, 3D-ovqat bosib chiqarish texnologiyalari hamda biotexnologik usullar tahlil qilinadi.
