
Diffusion with Data Assimilation for Geochemistry. This repository contains the code used in the manuscript titled "Prolonged cooling and degassing of volcanic glasses on the lunar surface," accepted by Nature Communications. Authors: Peng Ni (UCLA) and Yan Zhan (CUHK). The corresponding scripts and instructions for conducting the numerical modeling & data assimilation are presented in notebooks. Note that the code provided in the repository is beyond what was used and reported in the paper.
