The database contains exclusively synonymous variants. Additionally, we supplemented the database with a "Classification" column for the variants with clinical pathogenicity. "LP/P" stands for "Likely Pathogenic/Pathogenic", and "LB/B" stands for "Likely Benign/Benign".
