
Boshlang‘ich ta’lim bosqichida mustaqil fikrlashni rivojlantirish o‘quvchining keyingi ta’lim trayektoriyasi, o‘qishga nisbatan motivatsiyasi va ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligining poydevorini belgilaydi. Mazkur maqolada PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literacy Study) xalqaro baholash dasturining 4-sinf o‘quvchilari o‘qish savodxonligini baholash orqali mustaqil fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish va kuchaytirishdagi imkoniyatlari ilmiy-pedagogik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. PIRLS konsepsiyasidagi matnni tushunish jarayonlari (axborotni topish, xulosa chiqarish, mazmunni talqin qilish, matn elementlarini baholash) o‘quvchilarda dalilga tayangan fikr yuritish, mantiqiy izchillik, refleksiya va baholash kompetensiyalarini faollashtirishi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, PIRLS talablari bilan uyg‘unlashtirilgan dars dizayni, savol-javob texnologiyalari, metakognitiv strategiyalar va o‘qish topshiriqlarini darajalash orqali boshlang‘ich sinfda mustaqil fikrlashni maqsadli rivojlantirish mexanizmlari yoritiladi.
