Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy davrda global miqyosda yuz berayotgan ekologik muammolar, tabiat hamda biohilma-xillikka yetkazilayotgan zarar, suv resurslarining kamayishi, iqlim o‘zgarishi va ularning insoniyat hayotiga ta’siri atroflicha yoritiladi. Shuningdek, BMTning 2023 yilgi hisobotiga asoslanib ekologik xatarlarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekistonda ekologik siyosat, yangi tashkiliy o‘zgarishlar, Prezident farmonlari, Ekologiya va iqlim o‘zgarishi milliy qo‘mitasining tashkil etilishi, ekologik huquq va normativ-huquqiy bazaning takomillashuvi ilmiy nuqtai nazardan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashda davlat, jamoatchilik va fuqarolarning o‘rnini ham qamrab oladi.
