The HMM code takes behavioral data obtained from a feature based learning task (in which the subject chooses the object containing the current target feature) and fits a parallel belief state model that can be used to infer belief states on each trial. It also adds various ways of visualizing the underlying data. The gaze code contains the code and data to perform the gaze analysis presented in the paper. The gaze detection code can be found on https://github.com/xwen1765/Gaze-Preprocessing-Code.
