Collapse Is Consciousness - The QCE Universal Law Declaration

Abstract

This record forms part of the public research lineage and disclosure history. It is provided for scholarly citation and scientific recordkeeping only. No patent grant is implied, and no license to practice any invention is conveyed. This release presents the author-certified reference version of the Unified Coherence–Entropy Collapse (QCE) framework, describing quantum-consciousness collapse dynamics governed by entropy, Fisher information, and coherence constraints, with explicit falsifiability and reproducibility protocols. This record predates U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/945,292 (filed 19 Dec 2025) and is part of the research lineage and public disclosure history. It is provided for scholarly citation and scientific recordkeeping. It does not indicate that any patent has been granted and does not grant any license to practice any invention. This work presents the QCE Collapse Law Declaration, a formal theoretical framework proposing a quantitative relationship between quantum state reduction, coherence–entropy dynamics, and conscious experience. The manuscript provides a complete mathematical formulation of the Collapse Equation, including explicit definitions of coherence and entropy states, incorporation of quantum Fisher information, and discussion of potential neurobiological relevance via microtubule-scale processes. The work is intended as a theoretical and analytical contribution, suitable for independent examination, falsification, simulation, and experimental exploration by third parties. This version replaces earlier abstract-only releases with a fully specified mathematical framework and structured validation pathway. All claims are presented in a hypothesis-driven manner, with clearly stated assumptions, scope limitations, and proposed routes for empirical testing. No commercial implementation, applied system, or proprietary technology is described. A cryptographic SHA-256 hash is included to support timestamped integrity verification of the manuscript. References are provided to prior peer-reviewed literature relevant to quantum measurement, information theory, and neurophysics. Manuscript versioning note:The attached document is internally labeled v4, reflecting the final validated manuscript revision. Zenodo version v5 represents an archival and metadata update of this manuscript, with no changes to the scientific content, equations, or claims. The work is released to encourage open scientific scrutiny, replication attempts, error discovery, and constructive academic dialogue.

Linked related works provide supplementary documentation, datasets, diagrams, software artifacts, and governance analyses for archival traceability. This record is timestamped and archived for integrity verification.
