Abstract

Metabolic Architecture is a systems-biology review synthesizing current evidence in nutritional biochemistry, circadian biology, exercise endocrinology, and neuroendocrinology. Moving beyond the caloric balance model, this work examines insulin signaling, mitochondrial bioenergetics, circadian entrainment, myokine-mediated endocrine communication, and HPA-axis regulation. Designed for medical students, clinicians, and health researchers, this text bridges molecular mechanisms with lifestyle-based clinical strategy.
