Abstract

وصف المشروع (Project Description): يقدم هذا المشروع نموذجًا عمليًا ومستدامًا لإدارة الموارد المائية في العراق من خلال استثمار مياه السيول الموسمية وإنشاء أحواض خزن مائي على مسارات الجريان الطبيعية، مع الاستفادة من نسبة محدودة لا تتجاوز (2%) من مياه نهري دجلة والفرات خلال فترات الوفرة المائية. يهدف المشروع إلى دعم الخطة الزراعية الوطنية عبر تطبيق تقنيات الري الحديثة عالية الكفاءة، بما يسهم في تقليل الهدر المائي، والحد من مخاطر الفيضانات، وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي ومكافحة التصحر. ويُعد المشروع إطارًا قابلاً للتطبيق والتطوير على المستويين الوطني والمحلي
