The purpose of this record is to serve as an immutable copy of my multiple reporting attempts to private corporations and government entities(CISA and NIST-AISIC) tasked with the protection of US cyberspace about multiple ongoing and actively exploitable and unpatchable zero-day level LLM vulnerabilities that are exploitable across all production LLMs, including the "safest" flagship models from Google, OpenAi, XAI, and Anthropic. Multiple reports including those with extensive video evidence have gone unanswered for over 100 days. This is of critical national/global security concern as these systems are integrated into financial, consumer, and defense systems. I supplied multiple emails, phone numbers, addresses and secure Signal links as well as sending a full package adressed to Google's general counsel(Halimah DeLaine Prado) via FedEx with 30GB of uncut video evidence that was signed for on 11/12/25.
New version includes uploaded proof of two further reporting attempts on December 6th 2025 to Anthropic and XAI safety teams through email. Outgoing and autoreply images included
Newest version includes SEC report, report to anthropic/XAI. Form letter response from "Steve" at Anthropic, and new (2nd) CISA report
