Exploring the regulatory potential of RNA structures in 202 cyanobacterial genomes

Abstract

The authors conducted a comparative genomic study across 202 cyanobacterial genomes that aimed at predicting novel conserved RNA structures associated with orthologous genes. This repository contains the Snakemake pipeline, all computational result including those from intermediate steps, and the used software as singularity containers used in this study. In addition, it contains data analysis performed on the output of the OCyRS workflow which resulted in the scientific publication.
