Abstract

Avtomobilsozlik sanoatida mahsulot murakkabligi, xavfsizlik talablari va sifat bo‘yicha “nol nuqson”ga intilish ishlab chiqarish hamda servis zanjirida qaror qabul qilishni tobora ma’lumotga tayangan holga olib kelmoqda. Shu sharoitda sun’iy intellekt (SI) va mashinali o‘qitish texnologiyalari nafaqat robotlashtirish va avtomatlashtirishni chuqurlashtiradi, balki nuqsonlarni erta aniqlash, uskunalar nosozligini bashoratlash, jarayon parametrlarini optimallashtirish, daladagi ekspluatatsiya ma’lumotlari asosida diagnostika va profilaktik xizmatni rejalashtirish kabi vazifalarda ham yuqori qiymat yaratadi. Mazkur maqolada avtomobil ishlab chiqarishining asosiy bo‘g‘inlarida SI qo‘llanishi, xususan, kompyuter ko‘rishi asosidagi vizual nazorat, prediktiv texnik xizmat, raqamli egizak va “digital thread” yondashuvlarining amaliy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, OBD-II va telematika ma’lumotlari asosida AI-diagnostika, nosozlikni sinflash, anomaliyani aniqlash hamda servisda qarorlarni tushuntiriladigan (XAI) shaklda tayyorlash yo‘llari yoritiladi. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi sifatida xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlar va standartlar asosida kontseptual tahlil hamda ishlab chiqarish–servis ekotizimini yagona ma’lumotlar konturida ko‘rishga yo‘naltirilgan sintez yondashuvi qo‘llanildi. Natijalar SI joriy etishning eng katta samarasi ma’lumotlar sifati, jarayon intizomi, xavf boshqaruvi hamda funksional va kiberxavfsizlik talablariga uyg‘un integratsiya sharoitida yuzaga chiqishini ko‘rsatadi. ISO/IEC 23894 va NIST AI RMF kabi risk-boshqaruv yondashuvlari, shuningdek ISO 26262 va ISO/SAE 21434 kabi avtomobilga xos xavfsizlik standartlari SI yechimlarining ishonchliligi va “trustworthy AI” tamoyillarini amaliyotga tatbiq etishda tayanch bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
